     Union Electric Company services most city customers in Pemiscot County, including those in Caruthersville, Hayti, and Steele.  Union Electric also services many rural customers in the county.  The following rates are the most widely used commercial and industrial rates throughout Pemiscot County.

     All businesses that are located at the Pemiscot County Port are served by the Consolidated Public Water Supply District, which serves rural areas in Pemiscot County.  The port has 100,000-gallon tank capacity, and fire plugs are located throughout the port facility.  Rates are as follows:

          Up to 1,000 gallons       $10.00 minimum

          1,000-2,000 gallons      $15.00 minimum

          Over 2,000 gallons        $4.00 per 1,000 gallons
